No, unless the A-Post Signature delivery method was selected.

Yes, as long as your order fits in the mailbox and no personal handover is required, it will be delivered directly. This way you don't have to be at home to receive your package.

Yes, your order will be delivered safely and neutrally packaged by the Swiss Post.
How much do I pay for the delivery?
We deliver free of charge by A-Post for goods valued at CHF 160 or more. Below that, we have to charge a contribution of CHF 7.30 for expenses.
